Filterfab’s Managing Director, Hamish Dalglish, has been with the company 21 years. From a New Zealand rural background, Hamish seems to have been in the laundry industry all his life but before joining Filterfab, he worked as a shearer in South Australia and on a gold mine in the rugged Northern Territory! Early Training was by Filterfab founder Clifford Andrew, so it’s no surprise that Hamish firmly believes in the principles of exceptional service combined with the best products available on the world market.

Filterfab’s Sydney Office/National Stock Manager Frank has been with the company 21 years, and takes full responsibility for the Sydney Office and Stock. As one of the original members of the “Ironer Re-clothing Team”, Frank still maintains regular contact with customers. The Mascot warehouse stock levels enure virtually immediate supply for any emergency.


faz.jpgBERNARD FAZAKERLEY (“The Faz”)
Filterfab’s Senior Salesman, Bernard joined the company 14 years ago and is responsible for the company’s ongoing commitment to Staff Training. He is also responsible for the Filterfab Overseas Study Award, which every year sends a young industry member on a round the World Study Tour. Bernard also oversees national contracts for laundry products.

Technical Sales Representative – W.A. Jim has been with the company 15 years and is a very well known identity in W.A. Jim also plays a vital role in the company’s Staff Training programs. Sharing his technical knowledge (and humour!) with team members makes him everybody’s friend. Jim’s lateral thinking for solving technical problems is renowned throughout the company.

Jay has a wealth of experinence with a background in engineering and working for a leading laundry equipment manufacturer. Jays sense of humour is now being experienced by  customers in Queensland.

Technical Sales Representative Far North Queensland, Rory has been with Filterfab for eleven years, servicing Far North Queensland, Darwin and P.N.G. Rory is a disciple of the “I’ll go wherever needed” school and his many loyal customers can vouch for that. “Rory’s commitment continues to impress us all” said M.D. Hamish Dalglish.

Technical Sales representative, North Brisbane to Rockhampton, Ally has been with the company five years, commencing in his native New Zealand before taking up his current position in Queensland. Another lateral thinker, Ally believes Filterfab’s products are unique and that no one can match Filterfab’s Quality and Service in the field.

Technical Sales representative S.A. Anthony joined Filterfab only 4 years ago but with his phenomenal self motivation has gained, according to Hamish, “20 years knowledge in 4”. Dedicated to servicing the State, Anthony thinks little of ‘slipping up the road’ … to Tennant Creek or Alice Springs.

Nick recently joined us in Victoria and will be looking after the city and western Victoria Nick is new to the Laundry industry, Nick's interests are carpentry and waterskiing, previously Nick was involved with sales and administration at BBQ's R-Us.

Technical Sales representative NSW, Matthew joined the company 2 years ago. Born and bred in Sydney, Matthew services the laundry and healthcare markets. As Filterfab’s official Computer Products Guru, Matthew’s expertise is in making molehills from mountains for his customers when installing and training for label printing machinery systems.

Technical Sales Representative, N.Z.’s Upper North Island. Filterfab’s most recently appointed Sales and Service representative, Stacey’s background is in the automotive mechanics industry. Stacey’s presentation at Filterfab’s recent Sales Seminar in Victoria outlined N.Z. market needs, and how he plans to better service the New Zealand  laundries.

Technical Sales Representative NSW.  Phillip joined Filterfab early this year. Philip is from a New Zealand South Island farming family and has an automotive trade background. Philip is very much working with Faz and Mathew as a team effort covering New South Wales.

Meet our skillful Head Office partnership of Maureen  and Dan, they work hand in hand each day and have done so for over 7 years.  They are the friendly voices on the other end of the phone helping all our customers and salesman get the job done.  Without them we would have some very interesting situations.  The left hand always knows what the right hand is doing so the job is always done perfect.


REGULAR FULL TEAM SEMINARS
Filterfab recently held their regular Half Yearly Sales Seminar, this year in Trawool, Victoria. Bernard Fazakerley said “These Technical Seminars are exactly that – the only social events are time out to eat!” Over four days, Thursday to Sunday, from 8am to 6pm – or later, Bernard claims each member of the team shares in preparing an Agenda that is 90% technical and service related and only 10% motivational – because they are all so highly self motivated!
